Canada Post Study Work Permit Consultant

The student is eligible for the Canada Post Study Work Permit if you graduated from an approved institute and want to work in Canada on a temporary basis. Not all institutes make you eligible for Post Study Work Permit. Students must enquire about the institute before getting admission whether it is approved or not.

Eligibility Criteria for Canada Post Study Work Permit:

The student has 180 days after your school issues your final marks to apply for Post Graduation Work Permit. For Eligibility, your study permit must have been valid at some point during these 180 days.
Completed a study program from a designated learning institute and selected study program must be at least 8 months long
Maintained full-time status as a student in Canada during each semester of your study program

Elimination Chances of Canada Post Study Work Permit due to the following reasons:

The candidate is not eligible for Post Study Work Permit if already received a PGWP
Studied English or French as a second language
Got funds from GAC
Completed a study program in a non-canadian institution located in Canada

The validity of the Canada Post Study Work Permit:

If the selected study program was less than 8 months then the candidate is not eligible for Post Graduation Work Permit
If the selected study program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years then Post Graduation Work Permit can be valid up to the length of Study Program
If the selected study program was 2 years or more then the Canadian government may give you Post-study Work Permit which is valid for 3 years
If completed more than 1 study program then the candidate can get PGWP that combines the length of the Study Program

After getting a Work Permit, the Candidate can apply for Canada Permanent Residence.
